These benefits include, but are not limited. Our clients can be segmented into three groups. These groups include community residents, contractors, and developers. Residents account for the largest amount of our business as their wants and needs are constantly evolving. In order to identify and meet these emerging wants and needs, we will focus our research and marketing efforts on the Owner Market. Our business relationships with contractors and developers on the other hand will be developed through the solicitation of request for proposals as well as the establishment of a strong relationship.
