In this approximately 550m2 project IPAB took into consideration the requirements of their Client which included a garden atrium, living room, dining room, kitchen with a pantry, den, three master bedrooms and helper headquarters. This unique Architecture design identified the privacy needs required by the clients as well as the want to acquire the maximum amount natural light within the space. The modern style villa design in Kuwait, is articulated in the geometrical space with some modern Architecture style, mix of rich modern materials, and delicate color to break the dullness of the neutral palettes and to add appeal and personality to this Architecture design. This multi-family villa is functional, yet it allows residents to enjoy the outdoors within the privacy of the villa.
